“Change is the only constant in life”

The Greek philosopher Heraclitus (535-475 BC) is credited with this insightful quote.  He didn’t say making a change was easy.

As a health professional focused on making changes from the Inside,Out, it is my responsibility to teach and coach you through positive health changes. My hat is off to you for taking the first step to change which was asking for help. By taking that first action step, you were able to break the cycle and get to the root of your spinal problems. Once the problem was identified, together we began the process of solving it.  Chiropractic care focuses on removing the nerve pressure through specific adjustments thus allowing the brain and the body, and the body and brain to communicate optimally.
What I really enjoy seeing is how one action step leads to a beautiful domino effect for the rest of your health. Once you start to see your pain levels decrease, function improve, energy soar, etc., you feel you are ready for making more healthy changes.
Paying attention to the quality of your food, taking high quality supplements, increasing water consumption, cutting back on sugar, regular exercise, losing weight, improving relationships, choosing to surround yourself with positive people, reading, making time for relaxation and having fun are all great examples of healthy changes.
